Presentation evening for the club summer championships and the final shrimps galas. I believe this to be at the Three Tuns starting at 7pm. Please check the board to confirm.

No squad swimming or beginners sessions

5th Jul 2008 - Sessions cancelled
Due to the presentation evening, there will be no morning swimming

6th Jul 2008 - Ashington gala
This gala is a firm club favourite due to the friendly atmosphere. Last year, we took 33 swimmers from novices to seasoned swimmers. As it is only open to invited clubs, confident 8 year olds may take part. Older swimmers are also welcome.

12th Jul 2008 - Miners gala
No morning swimming due to the miners gala.

18th Jul 2008 - New pool may open
This is rumoured to be a possible opening date for the new pool...

We aim to start our summer programme as soon as the opening frenzy is over. Watch the board for the date of the first club session in the new pool.

22nd Jul 2008 - Swim for 5p
Meet at the new pool and swim for 5p. From around 6pm.
