18th Jul 2010 - NER, N&D, Potential and Talent squads NO TRAINING this Sunday morning
Due to the large team that the Club is sending to Sunderland this weekend, there will be NO TRAINING on Sunday morning for NER, N&D, Potential and Talent squads. Training will be on as normal between 10-11am for the Development squads.

25th Jul 2010 - Sunday Funday Session
To celebrate the end of an amazing season (and the start of the summer programme!) we will be running a fun session this Sunday at Freeman's Quay. All squads are invited between 9am and 11am to come down to the pool.
