18th Sep 2010 - Training cancelled - Gold, Silver & Bronze squads
Gold, Silver and Bronze Squads - there will be no training on Saturday 18th September due to the NER Masters meet at Freeman's Quay.

Day 2 of 2 of the South Tyneside Gala for swimmers not swimming at next weekend's N&D Autumn Series. Details to follow

25th Sep 2010 - N&D Autumn Graded Series 2010 Weekend 1
Day 1 of Weekend 1 of the N&D Autumn Graded Series hosted by Newburn SC and North Tyneside SC at Tynemouth Pool.
The N&D Autumn Graded Series 2010 will be held over 3 weekends in September, October and November.
The age group in which the swimmer will swim will therefore be their age on the last weekend, Sunday 14th November 2010.
Swimmers/Parents should contact their coaches to see which events to enter.
