Which gala should I enter?
Graded swimming tables (over 1MB) can help you decide which galas to enter and can help you measure your progress.
AAA Grade is approximately the same level as the National Championships qualifying times, AA grade is about District standard, A is about county standard, and B is good club swimmer standard, C is all of the rest.

Medical information for galas and matches
Please remember to give your medical information form to the team manager when you arrive at a gala or water polo match. Also, remember to pick up your form when you let your team manager know that you are about to leave.
Swimmers or players without forms may not be allowed to compete.
